1. DISCRETION AND PACKAGING (DISCREET SHIPPING)

At My naughty haven, Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or the website name. The sender on the label appears as "KOVACHEVI SPECTRUM Ltd.".

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

  • We ship directly from our our EU warehouse in Spain via DHL Express to ensure maximum speed and safety.
  • Minimum order amount: €20. Orders below this value cannot be processed.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number once the package is dispatched. 

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipments include full tracking and are delivered in discreet packaging.

3. PROCESSING & TRACKING

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 business hours. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your DHL shipment in real-time.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EU & REST OF WORLD)

We currently ship to all EU member states and selected international destinations.

  • Customs & Duties: For orders within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of the destination country.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In accordance with Bulgarian law, we take full responsibility for your package until it is physically delivered to you. If lost or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Redelivery costs due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
