We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here. My naughty haven is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 2 – LEGAL WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract.

  • Legal Warranty: All goods are covered by a 2-year legal warranty for lack of conformity according to Bulgarian law.
  • Complaints: In case of a defect, you are entitled to a repair or replacement unless impossible or disproportionate. Complaints should be sent to our contact email.

SECTION 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURNS)

Pursuant to Art. 50 of the CPA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.
  • Exercise: You must notify us at mynaughtyhaven@outlook.com. You may use the Standard Withdrawal Form provided on our website.
  • Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back.
  • EXCEPTIONS: According to Art. 57, para. 5 of the CPA, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, intimate products).

SECTION 4 – PRICING, BILLING, AND ORDERS

  • Prices: All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before final checkout.
  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order if the product is unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are indicated during the checkout process. If not specified, the maximum delivery period is 30 days. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer at the moment the consumer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of the goods (Art. 103a of the CPA).

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, and designs, are owned by KOVACHEVI SPECTRUM Ltd. and protected by Bulgarian, EU, and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or redistribution of any content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - USER FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you submit ideas, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish them. We reserve the right to remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, or defamatory.

SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (d) to upload or transmit viruses; (e) to collect or track the personal information of others.

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law. We are not liable for damages arising from your breach of these Terms or for indirect losses that were not foreseeable.

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may use:

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any legal disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The products offered on this site are intended for adult use only. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we have reason to believe that the customer is under the legal age.
